MICROBIS is a LAMP/AJAX project. That is, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl/PHP, and lot's of
client-side javascript are used in developing this site.
MICROBIS is based on MySQL and
PHP.
However, we are trying to implement
an 'AJAX' type interface whenever possible
to keep response time
and html programming to a minimum.
Due to the use of 'AJAX' type functions, these pages are best viewed
with the
browsers FIREFOX
for the PC or SAFARI for MAC OSX.
